Abstract

This report represents the SMILE WP5, D5.1 delivery. The report describes a general framework for mentoring knowledge and research-based entrepreneurs and innovators in a HEI. The framework is based on literature and on experience from Aalborg University and is meant to serve as an outset for a HEIs that wants to design a mentor-program taking specific contingencies into consideration.
