Abstract
This paper presents modeling and control of a DC coupled PV/FC/Battery distributed generation system which provides both real and reactive power support to a utility grid. Components are modeled and validated with measured data. An effective control strategy is developed to control the power flow both on the DC and AC (grid) sides. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy.
