Abstract
To modern enterprises, information technology has a multi-value, such as improving products, customer satisfaction and quality; it also facilitates administrative processes, reduces cost and improves competitiveness, among other things. Taking advantage of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is a challenge for many Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). As it is clear that the important role of the SMEs for the countries development, this paper proposes a methodology that aims to interconnect external forces that can facilitate the removal or mitigation of some of the constraints and challenges SMEs face, when they adopt ICT.
