Report on the 36th session of the UNCITRAL Working Group I on 4-8 October 2021 in Vienna

The Working Group I (the WG) on MSMEs discussed for the first time the credit gap experienced by MSMEs. On request of the Commission, the Secretariat had prepared a note on access to credit for MSMEs (A/CN.9/WG.I/WP.124). The WG considered the issue based on the applauded Secretariat document.
