Abstrakt
In this paper a sliding mode control is proposed for a single-phase active power filter, using feedback linearization techniques and the quasi-steady-state approach. The feedback linearization techniques allows us to linearize the non-linear dvnamics of the active power filter. The use of the quasi-steadv-state approach reduces the circuitry required for the control implementation, maintaining the inherent characteristics of a sliding mode control. The control designed compensates the harmonic distortion and phase displacement of the line current. The main goals of the proposed control are: a low total harmonic distortion, high robustness under external disturbances, and a good dynamic response. The features of the proposed control scheme are verified through simulation results.
