Abstract
A study of the industrial areas of Greater Copenhagen has just been completed by the author. Three problems are investigated: First, to what extent do the properties of an industrial area depend on the age of that area? Second, how important are the physical properties of the industrial areas to the firms operating within them? And third, what impact does the planning policy of local governments have on the development of industrial areas? -English summary
