Finding your organisation's communication with its stakeholders difficult?
In an increasingly complex world, the adaptation of organisational communication constitutes a strategic, linguistic and communicative challenge. Previously, the primary concern of organisations was to communicate with a clearly defined and relatively small number of stakeholder groups (e.g. customers, investors, suppliers and employees). Now, organisations are required to address and communicate with a much more diverse set of stakeholders about matters that involve social and environmental change from local as well as global perspectives. How do you do that? This article will tell you more.
