abstract = "This work investigated a potential alternative post-discharge rehabilitation program for individuals who received a total knee rehabilitation. The presented rehabilitation program was aimed to use telecommunication and sensor technologies to offer the service from a distance. The program's development was carried out by actively involving the actual users in the design and development phase. Twelve patients were recruited before the operation, assessing the feasibility of the usability of the program. Training, reporting, communication, and information materials services were presented. The patients used the telerehabilitation program for eight weeks. Nine patients successfully completed the treatment. A very high satisfaction rate was reported, and the results showed that users{\textquoteright} adherence to the program was high. The communication platform was frequently used, and patients stated that it successfully established communication between stakeholders. Participants reported a lower level of user-friendliness of using sensors while performing the exercises. Pain level and knee score (Oxford Knee Score) were significantly improved.The results disclosed the semi-offline sensor-based telerehabilitation program after knee operation is feasible, usable, and facilitated the treatment.",
