    Abstract

This test report contains descriptions and results for 3 tests carried out at the Structural Research Laboratory at Aalborg University. The aims of the tests were to find the strength of a section of a special connection between a wind turbine and its foundations. In this connection the material Ducorit D4 from Densit A/S was used to connect the reinforcement bars of the foundations with the steel tower of the wind turbine. The 3 tests described in this report are additional tests. The primary tests are described in Jensen, J. N. & Pedersen, C. H., 2005. The difference between these tests and the primary tests is that the Ducorit D4 is reinforced with small steel fibres (2%) in these additional tests. The test specimens and the test setup are described in detail by Jensen, J. N. & Pedersen, C. H., 2005.
There is only a short description in this report.
3 Ducorit cylinders were tested to determine the ultimate strength and the modulus of elasticity. The diameter of the cylinders was 100 mm and the height was 200 mm.
