Abstract

Much theory and pedagogical work has been devoted to improve the social competences of the individuals who suffer from ASD. The main activity has been human social interaction. B.J. Fogg has in his book, “Persuasive Technology” has proved, that technology can be used under certain conditions to change attitude or behavior for individuels. The experiments goal is to verify, how the kombination of a Personal Digital Assistents and the Persuasive functional role, social actors can be a valuable pedagogical tool when improving individuals, who suffers from ASD in a mild degree, social skills. The experiment is a fielddesign experiment and the results are quite promising. The effect of using social actors on Personal Digital Assistents are increased social activities, higher selfconsicousness and higher self-worth.
