The seminar was the first face-to-face seminar with the 2020-21 cohort of AfricaLics PhD visiting fellows now finally in Denmark. In the seminar, PhD visiting fellows presented their work and got feed-back from mentors, peers and some home-supervisors. Topics of the work of the PhD visiting fellows ranges from studying innovation in the cashew nut value chain in Nigeria, over studies of capability building in mining in Ghana and Zambia to innovation in female operated food producing companies in Tanzania to studies on how to support industrialisation in Ethiopia.
