Description
Danish architecture towards the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals - can we build for a better future?EXHIBITION ON DANISH WORLD GOAL ARCHITECTURE at CREATE
In July, Copenhagen hosted a world congress for architecture and construction - the UIA WORLD CONGRESS OF ARCHITECTS - a congress with 5-6000 participants from all over the world.
The main theme of the congress was climate challenges and sustainability under the title SUSTAINABLE FUTURES - LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND.
On the occasion of the congress, the Danish Architects' Association has published a guidebook for Danish architecture aimed at the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The book is followed up with a travelling exhibition 'Danish architecture on the way to the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals - can we build a better future?' - the exhibition shows 27 architectural projects from all over Denmark, including North Jutland.
