Lecture by Anna Marie Fisker. The lecture gave examples of Food Design and Food related Experience Design. Through examples of the latest food projects from Food+Design AM gave a lecture about how we at the Center for Food Science, Design & Experience work with an integrated and multidisciplinary understanding of design and architecture. The examples of research and development projects were primarily focused on core areas such as experience and health. Also AM talked about the interdisciplinary work carried out at Food+Design, i.e. projects that investigate how the physical surroundings influence the experience of the meal. How Food+Design additionally focus on the business oriented research and knowledge transfer within product innovation for SMBs, packaging development, communication, new products, events etc.
