The concept of foodscapes is increasingly being used to describe the influence of environments on food choice and behavior. In particular food in the public sphere has an impact and is increasingly being studied. This paper looks at foodscapes when eating-out-of-home and how it affects on food behavior and food choices. It applies the concept of foodscapes to n urban, environmental, digital and learning contexts.
