Description
The third postgraduate workshop organised by the ENECON project focuses on aspects of Integrated Territorial Management and Governance, which have been investigated in several ESPON projects (e.g., TERCO, METROBORDER, LUPA, TOWN, TANGO, etc. see www.espon.eu). Some of the core topics to be dealt with include: • Governance and territorial cooperation • Spatial policy in support of specific governance arrangements • Strategic spatial planning (in relation with infrastructure projects) • Land-use patterns • Cities and urban development • Metropolitan regions (i.e. cross-border polycentric metropolitan region; network of metropolises)| Period | 28 Mar 2014 |
