Organisers The event is organized by EDvisory Education. The main partner in organizing the event in Romania is IEC - International Education Center while the main partner in organizing the event in Bulgaria is EDLANTA - Education and Language Training Abroad. IEC - INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CENTER Romania Main organiser in Romania of the European Education Fair is IEC - International Education Center Romania, a non-governmental, non-for-profit organization with the mission to to help students improve their future by providing an increased access to the global education system. IEC was set up in December 2001 and grew from on organization with a small number of international programmes to an organization which is promoting university placement programs, boarding schools, high school programmes, language courses and summer camps, in many different countries, from Brazil to Japan, and from Denmark to Australia. EDLANTA – Education and Language Training Abroad Bulgaria Main organiser in Bulgaria of the European Education Fair is EDLANTA, an education agency specialized in counselling and recruiting Bulgarian students for language courses, secondary and higher education in 16 countries round the world. EDLANTA was founded in January 2007 by Ms Elizabeth Toncheva, co-founder of BELS & BELIN Centre (est.1993) and member of the Board of Directors of PROSPERA, the Bulgarian Association of Education Consultants. EDLANTA took over BELS & BELIN’s "Education programmes abroad" section and continues acting as authorized agent for a number of well-established organizations which provide language courses for children (8 12 years), teenagers (13 -18 years) and adults in England, Scotland, Ireland, Malta, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Russia and Japan. Through its partners abroad, EDLANTA offers GCSE/IGCSE, A-levels, International Baccalaureate and American High School Diploma at boarding schools and colleges in the UK, the USA, Austria and Switzerland, as well as International Foundation programmes at a number of universities. EDLANTA also provides counselling and advice to Bulgarian applicants who would like to take up undergraduate or postgraduate degree programmes at universities in the U.K., Ireland, Denmark and the Netherlands.
