Foodscapes at large scale event includes a number of processes in the food supply chain to be considered when the foodscapes is contemplated to be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. Thorugh knowledge of the food supply chain processes it is possible to influence the event-participant's opportunities to make more sustainable choices by modelling the local foodscape at the specific event.
