Description
Some of the established and the most recent advanced techniques in the fabrication and characterization of inorganic nanofiltration membranes for water purification are presented. The presentation includes examples of the synergistic coupling of nanofiltration with advanced oxidation processes for the simultaneous production of pure water and mineralization of organic pollutants. This presentation is part of the cooperation between UPS and Aalborg University (Denmark) in the frame of the EU project SUSWATER (www.suswater.eu)
