MUV Work Package 8 is titled ‘New organisational, governance and planning approaches’ which indicates a need for a change towards more sustainable values at neighbourhood and urban scale. This work package’s objective is thus to integrate the open innovation, development and piloting of MUV into the processes and planning procedures of the piloting cities, which in turn is hoped to ensure the better end result. In more details Work Package 8 will focus on these action points: ● Develop a framework for district-level mobility planning to engage key stakeholders in the process. This will provide an insight on the “smart” district-level urban mobility plan currently essentially based on the public-private-people model. ● Ensure the best possible integration of the WPs/project results to the existing pilot cities’ governance, technology platforms and ecosystems. ● Create a tool useful for urban mobility planners to manage the uptake of new innovative district-level solutions (from piloting to wider uptake). ● Recommend a new mobility intervention to be implemented in each pilot neighbourhood.
