Permanent Council on Administration of Justice

On order from the Danish minister of justice, the Council has prepared or is working on suggestions and bills reforming the Danish administration of civil justice, including class actions in Denmark, new arbitration act, preparation and conductance of civil litigation matters, the courts' competence, fees and costs for trial, videotransmitted appearance of prisoners in certain types of cases, determinatiocivil claims during criminal cases, public access to court, interlocutory measures (injunction, freeze of assets etc.), collection of private debts via salary etc.
