    Description

    Policy options to address the challenge of nutrition related disorders and unhealthy options is increasingly targeted the school. The school setting is a professional environment, it’s a setting for learning and it’s a place where young people spend most of their time awake in their daily life. As such the “eating” agenda has become more important if food and nutrition studies. This presentation give a brief intro the practices of food at school in Europe, it underlines the importance of taking a whole school approach and it present methodological approach to the evaluation of school meal program effect studies.
