Description

Making sense of data of digital origin of consumer behavior is potentially interesting and beneficial to a range of actors in the food system. This presentation takes the insight from the Richfields EU design study as a point of departure and is based on case studies with key stakeholders, analysis of cases of food composition and dietary surveys as well as studies of smart behavioral labs. The presentation summarizes the interests of key stakeholders on a dataplatform and their views on the potentials of consumer-, research- & business-generated data
