Public debate on 'Theory Before Data or Data Before Theory: Which is more appropriate for PhD research in management?'

Description

The public debate was between Prof. Michael Saren of the Leicester University, UK and and Dr. Andy Lowe of the Grounded Research Institute in California. Michael advocated for 'theory before data' motion; Andy - for 'data before theory' motion. The debate was moderated by Romeo V. Turcan of Aalborg University. This public debate is part of TBRP PhD course and was supported and organized by the School of Business, Engineering and Science, Halmstad University.
