The series lectures deal with the new company law in Denmark, coming into force on 1 January 2010. The series of lectures goes from 11 March 2009 till 25 September 2009 (however, only the first mentioned date has been registered in the form above). It has been arranged by a number of advocate associations and private law firms in Denmark.
