Description
Based on my research on space-to-ground communication I presented five communicative qualities identificed in the way ground crew talk with astronauts on orbit.This was presented to the staff (EUROCOMS, trainers, flight surgeons and others) at the European Astronaut Center where ESA trains astronauts and where flight controllers responsible for communicating with astronauts on orbit work from.
