This public debate is between three distinguished scholars who will advocate for one of the sources of theory: Professor Emeritus Nikhilesh Dholakia of the University of Rhode Island endorses literature as a source of theory development. Dr. Andy Lowe of the Grounded Research Institute in California champions evidence or data as a means for theorizing and theory development. The debate is moderated by Romeo V. Turcan of Aalborg University.
