At Urban Imprint my key role involved the delivery of Neighbourhood Plans for which I consulted with clients, communities and statutory stakeholders across a range of parishes in England to develop planning policy for four separate neighbourhood areas. Additionally, I advised clients on site density and layout for residential and commercial schemes; undertook townscape, character and vernacular studies to assess potential scale, density, height and mass for prospective developments; analysed, researched and co-wrote Design and Access statements to justify concepts, options, strategy and layout for multiple residential schemes; and conducted Building for Life Assessments that explored the implications of design frameworks to suggest potential amendments and alterations. I had an excellent record of accomplishment for approved planning applications and fee generation for the consultancy across the duration of my tenure.
