ADVANCED "FULLDOME VJ MASTERCLASS" by United VJs
In this masterclass, the students are introduced to basic and professional fulldome live performance workflows, its content production and mapping techniques.  It includes all necessary aspects to create, mapp and perform a fulldome VJ show in a planetarium or Virtual Reality.Like any other art, creating 360º fulldome shows is much more than just learning software. There are numerous other factors that influence directly the artwork´s quality such as the spacial relation, color, composition, engineering, performance, audio design and the political discourse.  VJ Zaz will explain in detail the production method and workflow from the United VJs alongside with the software they have created the Blendy Dome VJ and the Blendy 360 CAM.  Simon Myers from Gasworks Dock will explain with a live 1:1 scale model the safety implications of a Fulldome setup.  Philip Mayer & Ben Stern from GaiaNova will explain in detail the Fulldome operation, from scratch to major festival management.  Pushkhy will bring you the story and evolution of geodesics back to the future.  This is an unique opportunity to learn first-hand in a small and powerful Master Class, with one of the world´s references in VJ, Projection Mapping & Fulldome.
