Aalborg university has contributed significantly to improve stroke care in Europe

AAU, represented by Hendrik Knoche, has been a consistent contributor to the IRENE COST Action, aimed at refining stroke care quality monitoring and improvement in Europe over the past 4.5 years. Hendrik Knoche has fulfilled the role of Working Group leader in the network of 188 experts from 30 European and neighboring countries. By facilitating and attending meetings, this effort ensured that the monitoring tools for stroke care reflect real-world needs and challenges.
