Description

Two out of three meals served at the climate change conference earlier this month were organic Two thirds of the 100,000 meals served at the UN climate change conference (COP15) in Copenhagen before Christmas were made with organic produce, reports Landbrugs Avisen, a weekly newspaper on agriculture. A great portion of the meals were vegetarian, hence the conference demonstrated how to make organic fare to function. That’s how Professor Bent Egberg Mikkelsen, Aalborg University, and organic food consultant Birte Brorson have evaluated the food supply at the summit.
