Description

Aalborg University is part of the GreenMag project, which aims to optimize magnetic components for use in renewable energy and electric vehicles. "The potential impact of GreenMag is only limited by our imagination. By combining magnetic components with planar technologies, we can develop more sustainable and cost-effective solutions for wind turbines and other electrification applications," says assistant professor Hongbo Zhao from Aalborg University. The project, which also includes the Technical University of Denmark, Kohsel A/S, KK Wind Solutions A/S, and Trafolo Engineering SIA, will run for four years. (Summary provided by Infomedia)
