Lysinterventioner i København metro som del af PhD

In relation to my PhD I have been doing a study in collaboration with Copenhagen Metro the last month, were light interventions were used to try to impact and study passengers' movement patterns as well as their experience of riding the metro. The aim was to invite passengers to walk further down the platform, thereby reducing crowding around the first door and improving the service. This was evaluated by using mobile eye-tracking technology, thermal cameras as well as go-along interviews and in-situ ethnographic observations. The study will be included as part of my PhD dissertation.
