The Cadastre and Land Administration Thesaurus project (CaLAThe) is a partnership project between Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Aalborg University and Yildiz University in Turkey concerning the further development of a multi-lingual glossary of terms. The project started on 1 January. CaLAThe is a controlled vocabulary for cadastre and land administration domains that contains 251 terms. Professor emeritus Erik Stubkjær from Aalborg University strongly believes that CaLAThe will contribute to a meaningful paradigm shift in the cadastre and land administration field in particular, as well as to a betterment of society's knowledge.
