Results for the conference paper: Towards Assigning Diagnosis Codes using Medication History. 5 result files with each level of icd9, containing precision and recall for each disease at the given icd9 hierarchy. Results are based on the classification of patient disease, given prescribed drugs, on a subset of data from the MIMIC database.
