Research Focus
The mission of the laboratory for clinical biomechanics, training and rehabilitation is to improve training methods and rehabilitation approaches through investigation into the biomechanics and motor control of the musculoskeletal system. A range of population is investigated: from young athletes to older frail adults.

-3D motion capture system for movement analysis
-High density electromyography (EMG) amplifier for muscle activity measurements
-Electroencephalogram (ECG) amplifier for measuring brain activity
-Force Platforms for measuring postural sway
-Accelerometers for accessing range of motion and dynamic stability
-Heart rate monitors (including GPS and oxygen saturation).
