Description of impact
In the EXOTIC-project, researchers have developed en exoskeleton arm that can be controlled by the tongue - this can have many advantages for persons paralysed from the neck down. In this project we see how the developed exoskeleton kan create a quality of life impact, as citizens can do more things themselves and have greater autonomy. We also see a social impact, as their options for what to do and how to participate socially, can change.Category of impact | Quality of life impact, Social impact |
