Description of impact

This project develops a new type of food packaging for elderly citizens in a way that supports both preferences of elderly citizens as well as ambitions of the municipality. Here we find a social impact in a more pleasant packaging which may elderly citizens to eat more. This can also contribute with a quality of life impact, as malnutrition can be prevented. Lastly there is an economic impact - the project seeks to sreamline transportation, distribution and portioning of the food in these new types of packaging.
