With the development of AI comes a series of ethical challenges related to model accuracy, bias, data foundations, transparency, and more. In the ethical dimension of the center's work, these challenges are analyzed to determine how different forms of regulation provide citizens and society with adequate protection. The legal dimension focuses especially on the actual techlaw, particularly the EU legal frameworks. However, broader societal issues that arise at the intersection of law and technology, such as questions of liability, are also addressed. In the third dimension, efforts are made to translate ethical and legal analyses into concrete regulation through the involvement of a wide range of stakeholders.
