Focus is on digital transformation of industries, organizations and institutions facilitated by digital technologies including how digital technologies can be used to increase environmental as well as economic and social sustainability. This includes issues on privacy and ethics regarding uses of AI for recommender systems, decision-making and automated processes. Emphasis is on interactions between digital technologies and the purposes for which they are used.
