Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) is a term for action that makes transport smarter, cleaner and safer. We work with the use and analysis of large amounts of data related to transport, spatial data processing and analysis. Furthermore, we focus on data collection and sensors for data collection, as well as research on how the use of ITS can optimize traffic flows and thereby ensure a more efficient public transport.

Many of our projects are carried out in cooperation with the other research groups in the division as well as with external partners.
