The Medical Library is a support function for research, clinic, education and innovation for hospital staff in the Northern Jutland region.
The library plays a key role in supporting research and ensuring that patient treatment and care are conducted on a research-based basis. The library provides the necessary information resources for both clinicians and researchers. The staff advises and guides the hospital's researchers and clinicians in information science matters and conduct literature searches in connection with research projects. The library registers all publications from the hospitals in the Northern Jutland region and the Department of Clinical Medicine in VBN and thus contributes to the visibility of research activity.
The library is located in the Aalborg University Hospital Science and Innovation Center at Søndre Skovvej 15.
