SEAL - Social Exclusion and Learning er et forskningsprogram under forskningsgruppen DEMOS - Democracy, Migration and Movements.
I SEAL undersøger og udfordrer vi social eksklusion i både lokale og globale kontekster med henblik på at skabe forandring gennem læring.
Lokalt udføres aktionsforskningsstudier af demokratiske udviklingsprocesser blandt ældre, feltstudier af diskrimination i fritid og studier af interkulturel dialog og interkulturel kompetence i uddannelse og organisationer.
Globalt forskes i gensidig interkulturel læring med afsæt i et praksisteoretisk perspektiv på Problem Baseret Læring i Syd.
