Research

  • Space Robotics
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning
  • Deep Reinforcement Learning

My current research is primarily studying Deep Reinforcement Learning for space robotics, industrial robotics and industrial processes, where the robot or agent, through its own trial-and-error, learns to optimize its behaviour or process. The learning process can take its outset in the agent exploring the environment, but furthermore from human expert demonstrations (apprenticeship learning, inverse reinforcement learning).
