Research profile

Main research expertise is in materials synthesis and study on the nanoscale, growth and characterisation of wide band gap semiconductors, failure analysis of power electronic components and in scanning probe microscopy.

Publications: Over 135 peer-reviewed papers, a few books and book chapters. h-index of 30 (Google Scholar). Presented over 30 invited talks at international conferences.
