Research profile

Main research expertise is in materials synthesis and study on the nanoscale, synthesis and characterisation of wide band gap semiconductors, scanning probe microscopy and failure analysis of power electronic components.

Publications: Over 120 peer-reviewed papers, a few books and book chapters. h-index of 26 (Google Scholar). Presented about 30 invited talks at international conferences.
