Research profile
My main research interests are Industrial Relations, labour migration, Sociology of Work and comparative Political Economy. Recent research is on integration of labour migrants in national industrial relations systems and in particular their interaction with unions. I further investigate how and why migrant workers form collective as opposed to individual labour market strategies. Another ongoing project is on developing power resource theory
