Research profile

Victoria Linn Lygum is a landscape architect and assistant professor in the Department of the Built Environment at Aalborg University, Denmark. Here she contributes to the research group Universal Design with her specific landscape architectural perspective. Her specialty is evidence-based design with a focus on the connection between nature and human health. Her research deals with various topics including therapeutic environments at women’s shelters, nursing homes and stress clinics combining health design and universal design. Furthermore, Victoria runs a research project about olfactory design.
