Sirle’s research interests are in the following areas:

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Accounting infrastructures 

Social return on investment, and sustainability reporting

Sirle is part of Business School's Sustainability Lab

Teaching profile

Teaching and supervising in the areas of management accounting and control, financial accounting, management information systems, and accounting information systems.

Currently teaching:

"Accounting Information Systems" at the master program (cand.merc.mac); 

"Information Technology in Business" at the bachelor program (HA);

"CSR, Sustainability and Integrated Reporting" at the master program in Auditing;

"Information and Organization" at the master program (at the Department of Computer Science).

Supervising students' research projects.

Professional background: Head Accountant, Financial Manager (biotech industry, construction industry), and Forensic Accountant (inspecting corporate tax reporting).
