Research profile
Ivan Nechaev is a PhD fellow at IKE Research group at Aalborg University Business School. The general topic of his current research is the assessment of social impact from Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology implementation. The goal is to reveal the mechanisms of how AI adoption results in social sphere and produces intended and unintended social effects.
Method-wise Ivan applies machine learning, natural language processing and econometrics tools to analyze social issues and phenomena that follow technological change and AI in particular.
Ivan shares the point of view on artificial intelligence as a tool having a great potential for social development and a tool that must follow anthropocentric principle.
