Research profile
Aggeliki is an architect and postdoctoral researcher in the research group of Sustainable Cities and Everyday Practice . She holds an interdisciplinary PhD on Human Society from Swinburne university in Australia. She has lived and worked in diverse environments, such as architecture practices, communities & universities, developing research-based participatory strategies for engaging with sustainability transitions. Her research stands on the intersection of design and social sciences, exploring how the combination of theories of practice and participatory methodologies can inform co-creative approaches for sustainability transitions. Her research experience includes projects on energy communities, community knowledge networks and the energy transitions of households with a focus on gender & intersectional approaches, espcially in regard to the design and application of digital technologies for sustainability transitions.
