I am primarily affiliated with the VBN Team, where I work with research registration in Pure and research dissemination via VBN – Aalborg University’s Research Portal.

My work is targeted at researchers and staff at Aalborg University and aims to ensure high data quality, strengthen the visibility of AAU’s research, and provide a solid basis for analysis and decision-making.

I support the accurate and consistent registration of research publications and research activities and contribute to ensuring that research data can be used for communication, documentation, and strategic purposes.

In addition, I coordinate the strategic collaboration between the VBN team and AAU's 15 departments (Department Services), with a focus on close dialogue, standardized workflows, and high quality in research registration. I am the VBN contact person for the Department of Health Science and Technology.

Finally, I prepare analyses and reports based on research data, primarily using Pure and Scopus/Scival data. The analyses are used for management information and support the university’s strategic work particularly in relation to the AAU Research and Innovation Indicator and the departments’ performance agreements.

As part of AAU OPEN, I provide guidance and support on Open Access publishing and the use of Creative Commons licences, in accordance with applicable policies and requirements.
